Let me tell you a quick story about how I’ve learned to manage stress and blast into my day and stay motivated.
I didn’t always use the technique discussed in this video, in fact I used to wake up with head
Screaming with stress due to mountain loads of tasks to handle.
I was struggling to stay motivated and complete my work.
And I was getting more and more stressed and frustrated.
Then the bottom fell out from under me when my business failed and my marriage ended.
As you can imagine, I was in bad shape and desperate, but I knew there was a way up out of the abyss.
Then I was introduced to meditation and listening to my mind, body, and soul. At that point, everything changed! I discovered:
- You need to eliminate all noise, it can bring you down
- You need to start everyday getting in touch with your feelings
- You need to keep pressing forward towards your life goals no matter what
Now I'm living my dream having meaningful and challenging opportunities, traveling the world, living healthy, traveling the world, and a great social life. I’ve acquired the tools to never be played by the things that plagued me again,
